When someone mentions a candidate for Bond, most of the time I've never heard of them.

Does he mumble? Can he act? If that's a no the the first question, and yes to the second, then he's already an improvement over Craig.

Me neither. That's why when I put forward an obscure candidate, Damien Moloney, I tried to provide as much information as possible, including a YouTube clip of the scene that made me think of him as a potential Bond.
