David Kregg

Post by 007 »

David Kregg, I'm not sure if I've got the name right, is a little known British actor. He was born in 1937 and spent much of his youth in Liverpool. Despite this he speaks in a fake posh acting school voice. He's 5'5 and went into acting because "It's the only place you can get away with a terrible haircut". Here is a picture:

Favorite Bond Movie: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible, Kingsman: The Secret Service and The November Man or any upcoming actioners starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good since it will help him expand his reputation as an actor especially in the action realm)

Indiana Jones
Star Trek
The Dark Knight Trilogy
Harry Potter
Middle-Earth
The Matrix
Mission: Impossible
The Mummy

Can't see that guy as Bond. He doesn't have the look.

He's perfect! Why not be really radical and not have Q or Moneypenny in it. Eon could confuse everyone by suggesting he is a rookie Bond. I think it would make a fortune at the Box Office.

I've got an idea for a practical joke. They should claim to be restarting the franchise from scratch, then cast Judi Dench as M, but not the same M she played in the Brosnan films, a different M. A prank worthy of the Situationist International methinks.

Sounds like a crazy idea to me. Blonde actor, reboot, no Q or Moneypenney.
You never know though. It may be just crazy enough to work. Imagine if it did extremely well at the BO and won fans and critics over too.

Naaaah! Never happen.....

Gerald Buntner would have been a better choice. Or better still, Pierce Branston should have been brought in.

Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.
