Hugh Jackman

Any Hugh jackman fans here?
I thought he should have been Bond.
They had clive owen and Jude Law too but they picked Craig?
I'm lost....I can mention Daniel Craig to people and they'll go "who?"
It's a shame he signed for the next movie...
You could have chosen HUGH JACKMAN
but you picked a blonde dude who's
unattractive?!

I like Hugh Jackman as an actor, but not as a James Bond.
He may have the looks and the charisma (similar to Brosnans Bond) but can he do a credible British accent?
To date I have yet to see him do anything that would suggest he has the attributes to play Bond.
Just my opinion.
Happy with Dan the man at present, and ask a few more woman, they'll soon tell you. :P

I'm sure Jackman would have been a popular and fun Bond. He's very physical, 6'3, and can do the accent. His parents are English if I recall.

So you have to be a big named person to be Bond? Moore and Brosnan were well known when they were cast, but the rest had only done smaller roles. Big name doesn't make the Bond.

He did in Flushed Away and that movie about the magician that I've forgotten the title of.

He'd be ok if he wasn't so well known.

I don't see why Jackman couldn't have done it. There was a story about him not being allowed to see a script by the Bond people when they approached him. No idea if it was true or if they did indeed approach him.

Hugh Jackman would have been a wondeful Bond. At one time I thought Brosnan's replacement would be either Jackman or Clive Owen - and we got Daniel Craig. :x

He can act tough (yes he can, Barbara); I don't think the accent would be a problem as he is a clever Aussie.

Welcome to the forum as well cal!

Yep, I like Jackman he's my Wolverine after all. :)

I never thought of him as Bond, but after seeing him in chick flick (which I was dragged to by my wife) I changed my mind.
Forget the name of the movie now but he looked good in a tux and busted out with the manners.
He did refined and charming perfectly and he can do tough and intimidating weapon X style. 8)
And I'm told he can sing too.

Hugh is a leading man with a lot to talent. IMHO wouldn't be a bad Bond.

That's because the photo seems to be a bad one of Hugh Jackman superimposed on Craig's 5'10 frame....!

Maybe it was a bad one of the face, but the 5'11 body had nothing to do with it.

It needs a little touching up. I'm looking for a better head actually.
Besides, Daniel Craig is shorter than Hugh. Hugh is 6'3. He needs a
more porpotional body.

Jackman was not my first choice for Bond. –I gave Craig a chance and I would have given Jackman a chance. -Although Jackman could be JB his fist outing.

Not criticizing your pic but probably should have cropped out DC completely and gone with Jackman

As much as people think Craig is too short, I think that fat-looking other guy looks to tall to play Bond. Works both ways.....
