Very grim but stylish adaption of the graphic novel. Mickey Rourke is very good and Clive Owen could have handled James Bond very nicely.

I didn't get into Sin City. I didn't feel there was anything special about it beyond the visuals. It's funny though, I thought I wouldn't like the 300 movie since I never liked Frank Miller's work but somehow I enjoyed that film just because of the kickass action. A total guy film. EW once wondered if Sin City was the next Pulp Fiction, looks like we know the answer to that.
