Never Say Irony Again
t'isn't it strange to reflect that Connery was fed up with Bond after YOLT. Yes, he mentioned the horrible treatment from Japanese media but emphasized that Bond was becoming too much of a superman. Yet, when he returns to the role in NSNA we have basically the Bond of TB/YOLT, ie, a superman. He even has a missile-launching motorcycle. Possibly he watched YOLT and said, hm, actually that's rather entertaining!
You move very well for a dead man, Mister Bond

I think the fact that Connery made the rebel film with Kev was completely strange. It's like Pierce Brosnan make a rebel version of Goldeneye next year called What Do You Think About That Barbara?commander0077again wrote:t'isn't it strange to reflect that Connery was fed up with Bond after YOLT.
