Have you seen it yet? It seems to be getting a bit of a mixed reaction.

"I still get criticism for accepting Quantum of Solace, but I was 21, I had a student loan, and you, know, it was a Bond film," she told The Sun.

"But as I got older I realised there was so much wrong with Bond women. Strawberry should have just said no, really, and worn flat shoes."

Earlier this year, Arterton told The Telegraph that she now wouldn't choose a role like Strawberry.

"You know, I haven't seen it for about 15 years either, so I can't really remember what's in it or what I did, but I know I wouldn't choose a role like that now. Because she was funny and she was sweet, but she didn't really have anything to do – or a backstory." -----ah, poor baby. Regets, she's had a few, but then again, too few to mention......she did, what she had to do...........

It's official: QOS now falls into "I was young and needed the work" territory.

We watched it Christmas. Enjoyable we will watch at least two more times. I don’t know the history of WW so have no idea if the characters are done justice but it was fun. Different kind of superhero movie, but still a superhero movie.

Far as the bo goes it’s the first big bo opening since covid Hollywood is pumped but imho it’s not even preview night money just a year ago. It still unsustainable, Babs chose to sit on nttd in hopes of a big pay off, people were shocked at her asking price but to break even on a bloated production you have to make half a billion pure profit.
WW84 bo is bad, in China it opened ok then dropped like a rock second weekend, hob max 6 million subscribers? Or viewers? if everyone of the 6 million count towards profit for ww84 it’s something between $30 and 80 million but as a subscription it’s not a lot being credited to WW84 when they have to share it with partners.
It’s a no win situation for WW84 but it’s a bold move that somebody had to make at some point.

I’m not sure HBO max got the uptick WB wanted, I didn’t see it trend in the apps market but who knows if it’s true

The theatrical experience is evolving. MGM must be considering its options. The film cost $250 million to make, and with the wasted cash on marketing after two delays, the bills are getting bigger; an earlier report estimated No Time To Die is costing the studio $1 million every month in interest on the money borrowed to make it.

This feels like karma in a way. So glad it didn't happen to a "real" Bond film.

I just found out by accident what happens when you click on one of the light bulbs at the top of the screen in the desktop version of this site. Frightened the life out of me the first time!

Tanya Roberts -- a one-time Bond girl and cult classic '80s star -- has died :!: Tanya's rep tells TMZ, she was on a walk with her dogs on Christmas Eve and when she returned home she collapsed. She was taken to the hospital and put on a ventilator but never got better. We're told it was NOT COVID-related. Tanya died today. In the days leading up to her collapse, we're told Tanya appeared perfectly healthy ... even doing video chats for her fans..........my friend has a signed poster of her's he gave her $30.00 for at a Chiller Theatre convention about 10 years ago. I was there that day and she was very friendly. I am interested to see what the cause of her death was actually from. Sad story.

Tanya Roberts, known for portraying Midge in That '70s Show and opposite Roger Moore in A View to a Kill, was reported as deceased by CBR on Jan. 3. Roberts' representation announced her death to news outlets yesterday, following a conversation with her husband. Recent news from her representative, Mike Pingel, confirmed that this report was made in error, as told to TMZ. Tanya Roberts was confirmed as being still alive on the morning of Jan. 4 by Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A., the facility where she's being treated. The press release from Pingel that went out yesterday included a quote from her husband, Lance O'Brien, who reportedly said, "As I held her in her last moments, she opened her eyes." TMZ also reported that O'Brien contacted their family and friends to tell them the tragic news. However, the hospital called O'Brien back on Monday to confirm she's still alive.

Tanya Roberts now died Monday night — a day after her publicist mistakenly announced her death.
