But having this forum to post snarky comments on made it kind of tolerable.

I wish I did that. I was just suffering in silence.
Had I been thinking, I would have invited other UK forum members to watch along with me, turned it into a viewing party.

With all of this ECH-TRE talk, the avant-garde Blofeld summed up the truth of what Broccoli did to the world in 2005, that being the hiring of Cr-egg, and she alone is the 'author' of all of this. This forum, the Bond 'fortress of solitude', was created from that decision and is still going strong 14 years later. Image

Daryl Dragon, the cap-wearing "Captain" of pop band The Captain and Tennille, has died. He was 76. Dragon passed away on Wednesday of renal failure at a hospice in Prescott, Arizona, according to spokesman Harlan Boll, as The Associated Press reports. Toni Tennille, Dragon's ex-wife and longtime musical partner, was by his side.

Mean Gene Okerlund, who as a ringside interviewer and commentator served for decades as a straight man to the outsize personalities who suffuse the world of professional wrestling, died on Wednesday at a hospital in Sarasota, Fla. He was 76. His son Todd said he died about a month after a fall.

Geeks World Wide’s source has claimed that Casino Royale screenwriter Paul Haggis has contributed to the Bond 25 script. The source claims his draft of Bond 25 is labelled “intermittent” and was likely written before Fukunaga was appointed the new director. This script is said to have been handed in on "November 22" , 2018, before shooting starts in March. Image

Andrew Marr on his show this morning accidentally referred to the Ken Loach miseryfest I, Daniel Blake as "I, Daniel Craig". Word is that Loach was asked to direct a Craig Bond film, but he turned them down, saying they were too depressing.

In the final ratings, the 2018 Globes hoisted a 5.0 rating among adults 18-49 and 19.0 million viewers, a double-digit demo "decline" from 2017 and the "worst" the Hollywood Foreign Press Association event had done since 2012.

Sandra Oh was in Killing Eve (a show I've heard a lot about, but haven't seen). Never heard of Samberg.

Paramount's Star Trek 4 has been canceled, according to Deadline :!: The Hollywood trade reports that the untitled film which would have been the fourth in the franchise which began with 2009's J.J. Abrams-directed Star Trek has been "shelved."

Samberg is a comedian, I think.
