So they've finally settled on a title. With the amount of time they took, I bet it's something really clever and witty...oh.Image

"There is a pivotal scene at the start of the film where M says 'Come in 007,' and in walks Lashana who is black, beautiful and a woman," a Bond insider claimed. "It's a popcorn-dropping moment. Bond is still Bond, but he's been replaced as 007 by this stunning woman." In the film, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when an old friend from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.----------License To Live And Let Die Another Daylights Tomorrow--------

I have just learned that No Time to Die was an alternate title for Tank Force, a 1958 movie produced by Cubby, written by Richard Maibaum and directed by Terence Young. So...let's be charitable and call it a homage.

They must have got the title from that movie.

Also the title of the later Columbo episode where there is no murder, just Columbo solving a kidnapping.

No Time to Die? Does that mean Bond 26 will feature Bond suffering from the effects of a global financial crisis, instigated by a resentful former school classmate of Bond's, entitled:

No Time To Die, I'm glad they took so long to think this one up, and so original too!

It's also quite appropriate as this is Craig's Die Another Day.

But could anything be worse than SPECTRE?
Quantum of Solace as well but at least that movie doesn't have BROfeld.

The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......

Post by Omega »

So weird to see the babs team not be the darling of social media, well they really haven’t competed in the social media that exists now.
They don’t have Sony’s help, but Sony’s media machine in 2006 crumbled since then with a lot of their rent a mob tactics being revealed.

I think a lot of the pompous or crap they got away with before is being called out.

About the title, if they’re being clever ( and they’re probably not) then the villain maybe Dr No.
Second thought is isn’t this ripping off the bond spoof in Flushed Away?

The snaps show Craig’s stunt double wearing a creme suit and harness as he jumped off a 150ft tall bridge at Gravina in Puglia, Italy.

Actors who appear to be playing Rami Malek’s villain’s henchmen with guns were spotted in the scene.

The Sun’s Bond insider said: “A stunt double was used for the risky action which will leave fans doubting the spy’s survival in the franchise."

“It’s one of the riskiest moves writers have ever made and will provide a nail-biting ending to the film.” Image Image JAMES BOND 25 title No Time To Die has an extraordinary 60-year history with the 007 filmmakers AND links to another story about a "kidnapped bride." No Time To Die is the name of an epic 1958 war film. Set during World War 2 and starring Victor Mature, it tells the story of a group of British and American prisoners of war who break out of a Libyan desert camp in 1942. The film was produced by Albert Broccoli.

1) No Time To Die? More like “I’ve lost my will to live”

2)Repurposing a title they know that most people don’t *know* is repurposed is lazy.

3)Ah yes..the stuntman..looks nothing like Daniel Craig. :!: :?:
