Is Daniel Craig playing Hitler in a film? He has the same haircut!
Yes, they finished production a few months ago. This is the exclusive first still of Daniel Craig as Hitler. He plays a young rookie Hitler new to the German secret service.

"The title has multiple meanings in the film, from the literal to the figurative," he told Empire. "There is the threat of nuclear terrorism hanging over the movie, which is the literal threat. There's the notion that what's happened in the movie is the end result of choices that Ethan Hunt has made in his life. It's Ethan's past come back to haunt him. It's the fallout of all his good intentions."
good trailer , look better than the last 12 years of bond although it followed the same fighting style on camera more or less but it looks like it was a story behind it rather than feeling obligated to include a chase then copy something that happened in a classic bond movie

Amazed how young Tom Cruise looks. He must have a painting in the attic somewhere.
He always was called Dorian Grey for a reason.

I don't know what's sadder, the fact they took the time to include a background shot of some gay CGI hamsters, or that we are supposed to applaud the fact they did it as some sort of watershed moment!

Are we? To me, the saddest thing is that anybody actually noticed. Who the hell checks out background shots of snuggling porgs to see if their colouring identifies them as male? The gay porg police?

Pierce Brosnan's upcoming thriller film will come out in approximately two months:

Co-starring with Guy Pearce and Minnie Driver (reuniting with the latter after 23 years), the story revolves around the death of a young girl which links directly to a university professor whose past contains involvement in illicit relationships with his students. Pearce plays the professor with Driver being his wife, and Brosnan is placed in the shoes of a very determined detective who wants to unsheathe the truth behind the murder of the girl.

Yes Kris, that is indeed very sad, and we are meant to be impressed with this Easter egg, at least according to the author of the article as evidenced by it's very existence and the fact these two are described as "characters" though we get but a fleeting glimpse of them, couple that with the twitter comments raving how "brave" it was to have included this. :picard: If your going to be "brave" and push the envelope, then do it, I mean come right out (no pun intended) and have a gay character not 10 seconds of hamster kissing in the background, there is nothing sadder than timid activism!

Probably the cgi team that did this leaked the story to get attention. Maybe some obsessed fan watching the movie in IMAX for the 100th time but I just don’t see anyone really caring enough about this more than the cgi team virtue signaling.

What ought to bother people more in the milking scene.

I think you underestimate how scarily obsessive some fans can be.

Well, it isn't. The fact that anyone would actually take the trouble to scrutinise porg plumage to try and identify gay porgs says more about them than it does about the film.

Image This scene is a tribute to homosexuality in The Last Jedi? :hair:  Who would even notice this stupidity? Society is sick, and getting sicker :!: :cuss: -----------In an interview last year, Oscar Issac addressed the impact of actual LGBT representation and said that he’s open to playing a gay character, but there won’t be one in Star Wars yet. Issac, who plays Poe Dameron, said: “Well what it means to me is that people can see themselves in a hero like this, in a movie like this, which I love. “Not only LGBT [fans] but Latinos… there’s a representation out there for that.” John Boyega, who plays Finn, said that the issue of LGBT representation should be addressed on-screen.---------I am now done with this franchise :!: It seems this topic is all the younger Hollywood skulls of mush can focus on :!: They will never get it :!:

RIP John Gavin

It would've been interesting to see him as Bond, but I'm glad Sean was back in DAF.

If anybody's interested in how Gavin would've fared as Bond, look for OSS 117: Double Agent (1968). It's an outright James Bond knock-off and even features Luciana Palluzzi and Curt Jurgens.
