I used to watch some of the Oscars when it was on free television years ago. Now it is on pay tv in Britain.

it used to bug me about the time zone crap we in mountain time would have to wait for the shows depending on which broadcaster had the rights or which cable/satellite provider had it. Now most packages include east and west coast hbo and other channels

No Time To Die

Well, here it is. The instrumental is quite majestic.

Predicadbly the song is a bland effort which sounds like the Tomorrow Never Dies one (some chap on the MI6 forum said it was like TND too).

The lyrics reminded me of this.

As predicted here, a funeral dirge for the depressed. She cannot sing. She is the perfect one to end Cr-egg's Bond career :!: Trash :!:----------------“Billie and FINNEAS have written an incredibly powerful and moving song for No Time To Die, which has been impeccably crafted to work within the emotional story of the film,” said producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli.------------------“There are a chosen few who record a Bond theme. I am a huge fan of Billie and FINNEAS. Their creative integrity and talent are second to none and I cannot wait for audiences to hear what they’ve brought – a fresh new perspective whose vocals will echo for generations to come,” said director Cary Joji Fukunaga.---------to Mikey, BOAR-bara and Cary----shove it already :!: The song is as depressing as the love story will be in this so-called spy thriller :!:

So helping people is bad now? Personally I found it a bit too subdued, but not terrible. It seemed more Harry Palmer than Bond to me, though, reminding me of Cold War thrillers like The Ipcress File.

This one is dull, the Adele one was dull and the other three were very irritating. So the Craig era did not have very good theme songs.
Bring back Bond!

Once again you reach the WRONG conclusion. This showed exactly who her niche audience is. Is it Broccoli's hope to have depressed and suicidal people buy her song? The is not the target group a Bond film should long for.

Agreed, unless she wants to depress them further.

What are the rumours that Craig is coming back? I'll ony believe he has left the role when someone else is cast. Old Craig keeps coming back making the same movie every 5 years for the cash and acclaim.
