I am puzzled because it passes every test I throw at it ( debug, pingdom, GTMetrix and website speed test). Not sure what we should do next. Guess I'll run debugging again tomorrow.dirtybenny wrote:Still getting a white screen on the laptop.

I don't know if it could be on my end or not, but I don't have any issues with any other sites.

which browser are you using? Only other thing that comes to mind is years ago we had a server issue where half the world could see the site and the other half couldn't because of a server issue.dirtybenny wrote:I don't know if it could be on my end or not, but I don't have any issues with any other sites.

Could you try a private browsing option? Right now its working on every browser I can test, I am wondering if a cached site with a bad plugin is stopping the new site from loading?dirtybenny wrote:I've tried in chrome and explorer, nether work.

Warner Bros. announced Monday that “Wonder Woman 1984” will now open on June 5, 2020. The film starring Gal Gadot as the Amazonian superhero had been slated for a November 2019 release.

The problem has to be with your laptop. My Apple Mac laptop opens it. Have you upgraded the operating system on it recently or changed any settings? If your tablet and phone works opening it, the problem lies with your laptop.dirtybenny wrote:Still only getting a white screen when I try to go to the DCiNB site, I can get it on my phone and tablet but the laptop can't get there, any suggestions? Is there a problem with the server?

OK, really weird, it's my WiFi that's blocking me from the DCiNB site, when I visit the site on my phone with the cell service it works fine, when I do it on WiFi no go! Any body more tech savvy than me have any ideas?

It’s your router/modem. Probably thinks it’s blocking a DNS attack.
If router and modem are one unit reboot it, If it’s two separate units reboot them booth. see if it works. If not there’s a way change or refresh MAC address then reboot the modem.
I’ve had streaming sites blocked, reset everything and still blocked used out neighbors guest WiFi and it worked. Finally found it was the modem or the service block/throttling bandwidth. Even had one of my in popcorn hours blocked from communicating with my network, I think the cable co block certain types of devices even if it was not doing anything like downloading or seeding. I know they can see ever device you connect to your network, with all kinds of details. Meta data people think is nothing actually has a great deal of info

Here is a example of a way to fix the MAC address problem.
https://kb.netgear.com/1086/No-Internet ... C-spoofing
Depends on what kind of internet connection you got. Att modem gateway I’ve not had much trouble with and haven’t done much trouble shooting. Cable modems and routers I’ve had all kinds of issues.
Another tip is to power down the modem and router, and everything that connects to it. Leave it off for five min then reboot it all and see if it resets.

really. Why? I assume they think they’ve got a bigger market in the summer but I also wonder if they are reshooting and reworking to story to be less dependent of the DCU that WB has written off. Biggest problem with the first movie was the need to interject the suckverse of Zack Snyder’s DCU. Batman asking to hear wonder woman’s story sometime in exchange for the photo is off the mark for him, it’s not something he’s ever asking in any universe.bjmdds wrote:Warner Bros. announced Monday that “Wonder Woman 1984” will now open on June 5, 2020. Connect your laptop via an ethernet connection again and see if it works that way. If the ethernet works on your laptop, the wifi is malfunctioning. I prefer ethernet over wifi. It's more direct to the source.dirtybenny wrote:OK, really weird, it's my WiFi that's blocking me from the DCiNB site, when I visit the site on my phone with the cell service it works fine, when I do it on WiFi no go! I doubt it’s a WiFi issue, just because current WiFi systems are so good.
If DB has a modem and a router plugging the laptop into the modem directly will eliminate any possibility it’s the router blocking web addresses. It’s usually not the router doing this but it can be. But the most common cable and phone company modems have the router built in. If you buy/rent what the provider recommends it’s usually a modem with a WiFi router built in, they push these because it eliminates issues random customer bought modems can have on their network. In other words easier troubleshooting for their lazy techs.
I had to hunt for a recommend cable modem because I hated their router systems and wanted to use my router which was/is generations ahead of the standard these companies usually sell. Just like the DVR they try to give us is usually the older model with smaller hard drives

Megyn screwed herself when she moderated the Presidential debate, then left Fox and went to NBC, which never embraced her. Good riddance
