According to one of those other Bond sites, who I won't link to here, it's 40 years since ITV started the tradition of the Christmas Day Bond film, with the UK television premiere of DAF.

I read on DigitalSpy that there were a few cuts to the showings of Craig's Bond movies over Christmas.

Steeling myself to finally watch SPECTRE properly for the first time, in about 10 minutes. Wish me luck.

It's not your T.V. Kris, it is indeed a yellow film, I think it has something to do with the piss poor performances.

It seems to be OK now that he's reached Austria. The scenes before that seem to have been photographed by the artist who did Piss Christ.

Don't you see Kris, it's all about natural light filters in film these days!

Get ready to be truly driven insane, as bad as the film is to this point, it was down right tolerable compared to what's to come. Tangier is where the film really careens of the rails and never stops falling until you hit the credits at the bottom.

I know Kris, ridiculous! And "we can't help him, because we'd only be helping the enemy" who are also... tracking... him... on... the... moving... train.

Kris, if you need to decompress and get talked down after subjecting yourself to such torture, may I humbly suggest my SPECTRE rant, just so you know others have gone before you.

I deliberately didn't re-read that, as I wanted my reactions to be my own. I will when this is over, though.
