The forums may, as you can't control what people write, but the websites don't.....big difference! That's what the moderators are for! Although - in their defence - on those two forums in particular the job of a moderator is a little overwhelming..... This site has a subjective view. Commanderbond....

The Sweeney wrote If you look at the actual websites of CBn and Mi6 (not forums), there is no material there deemed offensive, and no cheap pot-shots at an actor, so the forums don't (in general) invite that kind of behaviour. So you admit that CommanderBond.net and MI6 forums contain "offensive ma...

They have to turn things into something else. It's what sells papers. It may be difficult to argue with you there, considering the stuff that was written about the production of Casino Royale! I don't think Daniel Craig enjoys the media attention that much. Maybe he is not used to a high media prof...

Of course I didn't mean that people "hated" Daniel Craig before he was chosen as Bond; I meant that people hated the idea of Daniel Craig as Bond. But most of them came round because they liked him; felt they had to get behind him because they are "Bond" fans and wanted to carry on posting on forums...

Thank your for your intelligent comments Junior_Bond! Firstly you come on hilariously pretending to be a five year-old; then you call people "wankers" and "retards." Remember that people from other forums will be reading this, and you are making yourself look a little silly. I'm surprised a normal C...

Excuse me, by that 97% I meant the fans that are online I wondered why you kept saying that! I thought you were a bit obsessive to suggest that 97% of critics, cinemagoers etc loved Daniel Craig! I apologize and of course the (famous three) forums are very supportive of Daniel Craig. It's interesti...

Die Another Day was received quite well by "the critics" if you look at the reviews at the time. There is normally lots of goodwill towards a Bond movie, especially from British critics. Interestingly, lots of those critics who normally say "are they still making this s**t" when a Bond film comes ou...

I guess making a faithful adaptation of Fleming's Bond means anti-Bond. It could have been more "faithful" couldn't it. Go on, as a Fleming ner, you would love to see a proper strippeddown Bond, not the bland blockbuster clone that CR was? I guess being in love with Pierce Brosnan's Bond full of se...

It does sound like you are a little obsessed with Daniel Craig! Also, well done for talking to billions of people; I presume you have spoken to that number of people as according to you nearly everyone in the world, 98% as you keep mentioning, everyone except me and Johann Hari, loves Daniel and thi...

Too much mindless action in CR
Casino Royale was supposed to be a gritty stripped down thriller. Why then did it include neverending generic action sequences with a glum-faced John Rambo-a-like Daniel Craig running through walls, jumping off cranes and speeding oil tankers......... Did you think that these by the numbers ...
