I don't believe it is outrageous to ask why they couln't have found a good actor who looks the part. Craig looks like a creepy nerd with his hair flat and a nutcase with it spiky.

But for now we're happy with what we've got.

Pamela Salem. Anyone else remember her in the HTV kids' fantasy series Into The Labyrinth (I think that's what it was called) with Ron Moody?


I've never heard of it. It didn't have Rod Hull and a windmill in it did it ...

The latest AIC talkback on Bond seemed about 50-50. Quite a few people ripped into Craig for being short ...

Yeah, i'm sure everyone would have been up in arms about 6'1, handsome Pierce Brosnan being the new Bond. He'd never been linked to the role before and I'm sure many fans would have considered him a bizarre choice.

Craig's rubber face is useful for character parts but Bond? I don't think so.

Craig has ruined Bond for me and a lot of Bond fans I know. He's taken away the magic and fantasy of Bond.

I agree with the implication that CR is a weirdly homoerotic film. I don't recall the other Bonds doing a load of bodybuilding and swanning around in their pants.

It will also be interesting to see how well TBU does worldwide, whether it will top CR.

The first two Bourne films didn't do anything like Bond business internationally. Bourne may be bigger in the USA, but Bond kicks his bottom in the rest of the world.
