Re: BOND #7

Regé-Jean Page from some Netflix series Bridgerton is being mentioned as a Bond candidate. https://hips.hearstapps.com/hmg-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/images/rege-jean-page-1609957882.jpg While I think there are much better choices out there. He wouldn't be a bad choice. Looks the part more than many.

Re: BOND #7

Most of the actors on that list are too old or terrible candidates. Billy Elliot? Cavill and Turner would be fine and Hiddleston just about bearable. The rest are a big  There were a couple on that list I'd never heard of. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk Never heard of Jack Lowde...

Re: BOND #7

Matthew Goode was tested for Casino Royale if I remember. I think he might have jinxed his chances a few years ago when he said he didn't like the modern Bond films much. I can not believe that between Goode and Cavill(even though he was really young at the time) they chose Craig. I mean, that is d...

Re: BOND #7

Cavill is certainly one of the most obvious candidates to take over the role. I would still like for Tom Ellis to get on the run as well. While Ellis isnt at the top of my wishlist hes a solid candidate to me. He looks the part, is pretty unknown not a bad choice at all. I think Lucifer got cancell...

Hopefully (not because I don't like Craig but his time is past) we have a new Bond by then.

I was impressed by his performance in Knightfall. No reason he shouldn't be on the radar.

Has a good look. But he's already 46 and he's american. He wouldn't be my first choice but not a terrible choice either.

Looking forward to watching Tom Cullen in both Knightfall and Gunpowder. I think he should be considered for the next Bond. https://www.thesun.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/tom-cullen-knightfall-2016-mipcom-photocall-red-carpet-fashion-tom-lorenzo-site-tlo-2.jpg?strip=all&w=550 http://media.immed...

Re: BOND #7

So to "wait until the B!tch is gone" as FBF so eloquently ( ) states is pointless, no one is anymore likely to do an about face than Babz is, let's just hope she does. I never said Babs will go done that easily, which is why it's a waste of time to hope for the traditional looking Bond actor...

I stated "hair color" not lack of hair or hairstyle which are two completely different things.

Re: BOND #7

I'm certainly not saying EON, Babz, et.al. are the "keepers of the Bond flame" and no other could do better. What I am saying is, the grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence. To think that Apple, Amazon etc. are some sort of panacea is a bit naive. They have no loyalties, so they ...

Re: BOND #7

I'm insulted they say Craig agreed because he wanted Moore's record, the better man who worked harder made more movies and was a better representative for the franchise. Seriously, the 7th Bond actor may as well be a Dalek based on this madness. [video]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mxD-5z_xHBU[/v...

Re: BOND #7

Exactly. I love Kingsman and MI(not all of the movies but oh well) as well but there is only one Bond franchise, always has been. That's why it's so sad they turned such a franchise into just another one with a generic, depressing hero. Unless that b1tch is out of the picture, James Bond is dead PERM...

Re: BOND #7

Craig will bless us with another charisma-free sleepwalking potrayal and then Mr.Turner(or the lord of hell  ) should continue the show. Forget Turner. Let those freaks & weirdos or other non traditional types take over if DC's going to do more Bonds than Pierce. Look, I also think it's an...

I'm looking forward to kingsman but id like bond to get back to normal Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro I think Kingsman is in the mold of a Bond movie aka classic spy film but I can't see the character of Eggy filling James Bond shoes. Hate that this thread is so quiet jut because Craig is back for at least one more Bond. I hope this thread continues because there are potential Bonds out there. Craig already had the job so I'm not surprised he's back, i think eon misjudged public expectations big time. It was the right time for a...
