Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......

It is. It's probably like three skinheads on Twitter living in a trailer park somewhere. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk I wish it was as simple as that, there are too many people who think they are being activists for the poor Palestinian people going along with this stuff. People behind this...

The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......

I think if any of this is legit, it’s a sign they will go back to what they were. Over reboot to the 1950s. Maybe not. Babs hasn’t had any original ideas in awhile. Cr was her Batman begins actually just about everything she did even to choice of directors was a rip off of somebody else idea. Not sa...

The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......

We are probably getting a bit bored of the ATJ speculation but there was more of it today in the Daily Mail. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-13225041/inside-aaron-taylor-johnson-james-bond-film-deal.html Inside Aaron Taylor-Johnson's Bond deal: Daniel Craig's 007 replacement could sig...

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......

Oy Vey! These people are really out of control! Whatever your opinion on Israel are you really going to put that on everyone with a drop of Jewish blood? Adolf would be proud! "Racist "James Bond fans,'" these people aren't Bond fans and never were, they're just antisemitic activists looking for an...

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......

I don’t even keep up with what’s happening in the movie industry any more , bond really has been left to die in the wilderness out of the self importance one person. Movie series and series like game of thrones have come and gone in less time with more content than Babs has made in 20 years. Bond ha...

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......

Same here. I wonder if it’s taking a bribe. Although why bond would want a delicatessen in stainless steel is still kind of a mystery to me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro It was a mystery to everybody. Cubby thought the line was hilarious, and insisted that it be kept in, even though the g...

Carl Weathers, Apollo Creed from Rocky movies, dies aged 76 :( He had some great roles. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-68188746 Very sad. Younger fans will remember him from the Mandalorian , where his performance was so good they rewrote the role to a bigger part. Sent from my iPhone u...

Re: Box office thread

I'm going to see it tomorrow. For me, the draw is Henry Cavill playing a Bond expy, and the fact that it is part of the Kingsman franchise (though I didn't realise that until recently). But I recognise that these are not necessarily things that translate to boffo box office (as they say in Variety)...

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......

Just read that the latest Fast & Furious movie is having its budget trimmed quite substantially. I did say that we can expect to see more big movies budgeted at $100-150 million in the near future, and this seems to bear my prediction out. Will EON be able to restrain themselves from spending like ...

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......

This is just a comment I read on another forum, so I don't know how much weight to give it. But someone said that the distributors, MGM, bore the brunt of the box office underperformance of the last couple of films, while EON continue to sit pretty thanks to merchandising deals etc. So it may be th...

Re: Box office thread

That’s almost too funny. So the number one movie was misreported as the number 27 movie in North America
